Ask your AI for brown noise. Lissa plays it.
Add Lissa to ChatGPT or Claude, and the sound you ask for plays right in the chat, in full, with no account.
Add Lissa to ClaudeSay it the way you’d say it to a friend
- “Play brown noise for sleep”
- “Music to help me focus at work”
- “Something to block out my partner’s snoring”
- “Ocean waves with brown noise”
- “Sounds for tinnitus”
- “Calm my nerves before a flight”
Lissa picks a soundscape made for that moment, and the player appears under the answer. Tap Play, and it plays for as long as you listen. Ask for another sound, or say “add rain” to play two together.
Every sound Lissa makes
Brown, white, pink and green noise. Rain, ocean, waves, thunder, a fan, a fireplace, birds and a café. Binaural beats from Delta to Gamma, including 40 Hz, and solfeggio tones. Lissa’s own music for focus and sleep. Each one is made by the Lissa team, not generated by AI.

Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. Every sound plays in full, with no ads and no account.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Once you’ve added Lissa, it plays in the Claude app on your phone too. ChatGPT adds it on the web; it reaches the phone app when ChatGPT’s directory lists Lissa.
- Why doesn’t the sound start on its own?
- Your browser and your assistant let a sound start only after you tap, so the first sound waits for you to tap Play.
- What does Lissa see?
- Only what you asked to hear (the kind of sound and what it’s for), the assistant you asked in, and your country. Never your messages, your name or anything else in the chat. Privacy policy
- Will it keep playing if I leave the chat?
- It plays while the chat is open. For sound that runs all night with a timer and a gentle alarm, there’s the app.
